## Interim Lead Maintainer

**Appointed:** 2026-08-28 (repository establishment date).
**Authority:** Release authority for v0.x draft stabilization. Terminates upon TSC establishment (SRP-GOV-009).

## Commercial Affiliations

**Disclosure:** The interim Lead Maintainer is the founder of SignalAF / SigRank, which is a reference implementation of TTEOP (see `IMPLEMENTATION-EXPERIENCE.md`). This is a material commercial affiliation relevant to TTEOP governance.

**Recusal commitment:** Per SRP-GOV-015, the Lead Maintainer MUST recuse from voting or final-approval decisions on TEPs where the SignalAF/SigRank relationship is directly relevant. Recusal MUST be recorded in the decision log for the affected TEP.

## Bootstrap Contributions

The following initial commits established the repository before the DCO policy was adopted. They are explicitly exempt from the DCO sign-off requirement. Published `main` history is not rewritten; these commits are not retroactively signed off. The DCO check script (`scripts/check-dco.sh`) excludes these commits by short SHA.

## Pending Disclosures

- **No Advisory Board** has been established at v0.1-draft.
- **Trademark status:** No trademark clearance has been performed for "TTEOP." The name is used as a provisional draft name pending founder decision (UD-1) and legal review (UD-9). See `UNRESOLVED-DECISIONS.md`.
- **MO§ES™ trademark:** The Lead Maintainer's related project, MO§ES™, carries an existing trademark claim. This is noted for transparency; MO§ES™ and TTEOP are separate projects with separate naming. No trademark cross-claim is made.
