Series 4.x works with tslint 6.x.

Series 3.x works with tslint 6.x but is really not recommended. It uses an
obsolete way of getting recommended settings. Use 4.x instead.

Series 2.x works with tslint 5.x.

Series 1.x works with tslint 4.x.
