Create virtual nodes on the fly!

### Usage

```
h(props, children);
```

`Trackira.h` takes an configuration object as the first argument, and an optional array of children or a child that is a string.

If you pass it an array of `children` it will have child nodes, normally you want to create children with `Trackira.h()`.
If you pass in a string or a number value, it will create an array containing a single child node that is a text element.

### Example

```javascript
var h = Trackira.h,
    tree = Trackira.Tree,
    // create a virtual node
    vNode = h({tagName:"div"}, [
    h({tagName:"span"}, ["some text"]),
    h({tagName:"input", attrs: { value: 'foo' }})
]);
// mount
tree.mount("mount-point", vNode);
```

Text and numbers can be done like this:

```javascript
var h = Trackira.h,
// numbers
h(123);
// text
h("hello, world");
```
