> **Given** the git repo is active in the current worktree & the git config path is set, **When** the builder triggers the `collapse` command in the current working tree , **Then** the system should:
>
> 1. Access the git config and look for the md editor path
> 2. Ask the user the intended location if not present
> 3. Perform the collapse operations: rebase, merge, sanitize (delete worktree & branch)
> 4. Unlink the symlink connection of the markdown editor for the specific docs folder and link the `main` docs tree
