**I want to** have a self healing documentation that doesn't require much maintenance
**So that** the docs reflect the current state of the repository code and artifact

# Acceptance Criteria

> [!success] **Scenario A:** Integrating the Pre-commit hook into the project automatically
> `Precondition - Action - Outcome`
>
> **Given** the user has installed globally the npm package `traceability-engine` , **When** they trigger `traceability-system-init` from a worktree or main branch, **Then** the script automatically adds the `synapse-engine` within the pre-commit running always before the commit is completel.

> `Precondition - Action - Outcome`
>
> **Given** `traceability-system-init` was run, **When** the user ***commits*** , **Then** the pre-commit hook should:
>
> 1. Perform the synapse automatic connection update
> 2. Surgically Identifies files whose content was modify
> 3. Stage each files being self heal & auto updated (meaning it was modified by the engine)
