**So that** I can easily find the REQs of my project.


# Acceptance Criteria

> `Precondition - Action - Outcome`
> 
> **Given** that the Builder as created an REQ with proper naming and project linkage properties with the correct name , **When** the user goes to the central dashboard(MOC) of the project , **Then** within the section corresponding to the REQs the REQ should appear and be accessible through the list appearing
