Simple setup

Initial Tournament Creation is via an easy to use wizard that guides you through the set up steps. After this a simple screen brings all the Tournament Settings together in one easy Manager. When you are ready to Publish your Tournament the system will Validate your settings and inform you of any problems.

Instant online presence

Tourn.ee allows you to provide an instant online presence with seamless Ticket Booking facilities, without any additional effort. You merely choose a unique name for your Event and the page will appear as soon as you Publish the Tournament. If you wish you can also provide graphics and make font and colour choices to make your page fit with your branding.

List Management

Optionally you can request or require your Attendees to submit Army Lists. These can go through a manual validation procedure, or serve to assist your Attendees during the Tournament by allowing them to see the list that their Opponent brought without paper wastage.

Smooth Tournament Attendance Tracking

The power of Tourn.ee extends beyond marketing and ticket sales. Each ticket that is sold has a unique scannable code that can be presented to your Front of House and scanned, allowing you to know who has arrived and who hasn't. The system will take this into account when generating matchups during the Tournament. It will also prevent the use of invalid Tickets.

Matchup Generation

Yes. Tourn.ee will take the list of Attendees who are present and automatically generate matchups for your games. You can set up your Competitions with either Swiss and Group Ranking Systems at this time, and we will be happy to add different systems should you wish; contact us here with that request.

Competition Rankings

A Competition can have one or more Rounds and if you choose you can assign Tournament Points to outcomes from these Rounds. We currently support two scoring systems, classed as "Simple" and "Major/Minor" within Tourn.ee. We also support optional Tie-breaker tasks called "Oaths" which can assign Tournament Points if achieved. You can also choose to have one or more Championship Rounds where the best players play off against each other.

Multiple Competition Types

Singles? Doubles? Team? Something else? Tourn.ee allows you to specify a Competition how you like; choose Team size, maximum player per table, maximum players per side (so for Doubles this would be "2", for example) and Tourn.ee will use this information to correctly generate Table listings and Matchups.

Table Listings

If you wish you can create a Table Map that will assist your Attendees as they move around the Competition. Simply define the dimensions (how many tables wide is the room, by how deep) and where the numbering starts (front left or front right) and Tourn.ee will create a graphical display of your Room with player labels.

Online scoring

No more will you have to distribute score sheets to your Attendees and then, between rounds, madly enter them into a spreadsheet or other scoring system to calculate the next Round Pairings; tourn.ee provides each Attendee with a Scoring Input Tool for each Round and when everyone has reported their scores will prompt you (or your Referee) that the Round is complete and 100% reported. This is at least a Double Entry Reporting System where every player must enter every their score and all of their Opponents scores. Should every score match then tourn.ee will automatically accept that score; on any inbalance tourn.ee will inform you (or your Referee) and also the Attendees so this issue can be resolved as quickly as possible. Of course should an Attendee not have a Smart Phone, or if there is limited connectivity, tourn.ee does provide you the ability to input from a central location and use traditional score cards.

Post Event Tools

After an event it doesn't stop; tourn.ee will allow you to publish the winning lists, rankings and other statistics from your Tournament. There is also a Lost Property Page where you can list items that may have been left behind and allow Attendees (and only Attendees) to claim ownership. If your Tournament was a huge success (of course it was!) then you can create a copy and being arranging the repeating Event with one click; you will even retain the same Url and have historical statistics available for the previous Tournaments.

Non Playing Activities

Tourn.ee doesn't only support Competitions; it is also set up to support Conventions and other anciliary activities such as Painting Competitions, Cosplay, Pub Quizzes or Key Note Speakers. All of these and more can be defined and included in the Tournament Schedule so your Attendees know what day to come dressed up and how to enter their miniatures into your Painting Competition.

Security of purchase

When you purchase a ticket it is added to your Account and has a unique and trackable ID; you can then present this on attendace and know for sure your place is reserved.

List builder tool

Whether the Tournament requires you to supply a list or not you will gain access to our List Builder tool as this is independent of Tournament attendance. You can create any number of lists within your profile area and then assign them easily to each Competition for each Tournament you are attending.

Public Profile and Rankings

If you wish you can opt in to having a Public Profile which will allow you to display pictures of your miniatures, your results and any lists that you choose. You, of course, have all control over this area - it is your Public Profile, not ours.

Smoothest Tournament Experience

Everything in tounr.ee is designed to make it easier for Attendees at Tournaments, from the simple check in to the table map and opt-in active alerts being sent to your phone when your next Pairing and Table is announced - everything works together to make sure your time is about fun and not stress.

Team / Doubles Private Chat

If you are in a Team Event then you will get a dedicated page for your Team, and the same if you are in a Doubles Competition. This will allow you to chat about lists and arrangements in private within your group.

Tournament Alerts / Waiting lists

tourn.ee allows you to sign up for alerts for different Game Systems so you will receive an email when a new Tournament is listed. You never need miss out again. If you are unlucky enough to not get there in time to pick up your ticket then you can sign up for a Waiting List, if the Tournament allows it, and be alerted on any cancellation or release of extra tickets.
