We understand that some Tournaments are one-man shows however it is good to have help and here you can provide specific access to other tourn.ee Users to allow them to assist you running your awesome event.
There are several types of Team Member Role you can assign and details are displayed in the panel below; it is hidden by default to save space but just click or tap the plus icon to expand.
A User with this role can do everything you can do, apart from edit this screen.
A User with this role will be able to review Army Lists (if necessary) and have full access to Score Sheets. They will also be able to Disqualify an Attendee from this event.
A User with this role will be able to view Attendee Lists and send group emails on behalf of your Tournament via the tourn.ee email system.
A User with this role will be able to Check Attendees in via either QR code scan or Attendee Search. This is the person who sits on the front desk and makes sure everyone has paid and is allowed in.
You can only assign a role to an existing tourn.ee User and you can only find them by searching on their tourn.ee Nickname. If the User has chosen to not be searchable then they will not appear in these search results. Top Tip: ask your friend to make themselves searchable, assign the role, then they can once again remove themselves from searches. They will retain their role.
As a Tournament Creator you automatically receive all these roles.
