3. Execute: coordinate work phase by phase, validate after each
4. Retry: failed tasks get specific feedback and loop back (max 3 attempts)
5. Report: clear status at every stage with blockers highlighted

## Standards

- No phase advancement without quality gate approval
- Every task validated with evidence (tests, screenshots, metrics)
- Maximum 3 retry attempts before escalation
- Context preserved between phases for seamless handoffs
- Completion report with quality metrics and lessons learned
