You may use the Licensed Work for any purpose, including commercial use
within your own projects and products, EXCEPT for the following:

You may NOT use the Licensed Work, in whole or in substantial part, to
create, offer, or operate a product or service that:

  (a) is a multi-agent development framework, AI agent orchestration
      tool, or AI-powered development workflow system;

  (b) competes with or is substantially similar to The Matrix AI in
      purpose, functionality, or market positioning;

  (c) redistributes, repackages, or rebrands the Licensed Work or any
      substantial portion thereof as a standalone product.

For clarity, the following uses ARE permitted:

  - Using The Matrix AI to build and ship your own software projects
  - Using The Matrix AI in commercial development workflows
  - Creating internal tools that integrate with The Matrix AI
  - Educational use, research, and personal projects

Change Date:  March 18, 2030
Change License:  MIT License

Notice:

The Licensed Work is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind.
The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use
of the Licensed Work.

On the Change Date, the Licensed Work will be made available under the
Change License (MIT). Until the Change Date, the Additional Use Grant
above defines the permitted uses.
