# Textavia Base64 Debugger

Encode, decode, validate, normalize, repair, detect, and inspect Base64 locally.

Prefer the local Textavia CLI. Check availability in this order:

txv --version
textavia --version
npx textavia --version
```

If none of those commands work, ask the user before installing Textavia.

## CLI commands

### Base64 encode

Encode text or bytes to Base64.

```bash
txv run encoding.base64.encode "Hello"
```

### Base64 decode

Decode Base64 to text or bytes.

### Base64 validate

Check whether text is valid Base64.

### Base64 normalize

Normalize a Base64 string (whitespace and padding).

## Safety
