For final products we use Ancient techniques like Stoneground and cold press for making sure flour, oils, spices etc. are prepared at lowest temperature, so that all micro and macro nutrients are preserved to nourish wellbeing.

Our Philosophy!

We follow the principles given by Maharishi Vāgbhata. Vāgbhata is one of the most influential writer, scientist, and advisor of Ayurveda. He has given 7000 sutras for healthy life and our philosophy is based on most important sutras which could be implemented in day-to-day life. According, once flour is prepared, it must be consumed and should not be stored, as it starts losing its potency for preserving micro and macro nutrients. Herbal Kitchens ensures, flour is prepared only after your order and delivered straight to you. Similarly we follow other sutras for preparing our other products.
