## Section Specifications

### Teammate Potential
**Purpose:** Pre-assess parallelization opportunity per phase.
**High:** Multiple independent features — ideal for parallel teammates.
**Medium:** Some independent work but shared dependencies.
**Low:** Sequential work, limited parallelization.
