### Removed

- PLAT-636: No longer tries to look up KAS public key directly; this was an undocumented part of the
  protocol, and has been replaced with the 'isDefault' setting on the EO. If you want to use another
  KAS, specify its public key as well. But as it stands the only supported KASes are those that are
  returned in an EO attribute. Also removes `getPublicKeyFromKeyAccessServer` helper method.
- PLAT-1009: Removes `tdf.write` and `read` methods, and `protocol` option in favor of `writeStream`
  and `readStream` and the `client` `encrypt` and `decrypt` methods
