This package is a pi port of [xiaolai/tdd-guardian-for-claude](https://github.com/xiaolai/tdd-guardian-for-claude).

The gate engine, policies, tooling catalog, role definitions, and tests come from upstream. This port adds a pi package manifest and extension, maps Claude Code hooks to pi lifecycle events, changes workspace state from `.pi/tdd-guardian/` to `.pi/tdd-guardian/`, prefixes skills and prompt commands for pi's global namespace, and adapts subagent instructions for execution by the current pi agent.
