TAMASH SOFTWARE LICENSE

This License applies to versions of the Software released on or after
26 September 2026. Versions released before that date remain under the
license they were released with.

0. DEFINITIONS

"Software" means the TAMASH family of products published by VibeTestQ,
including:

(a) TAMASH;

(b) TAMASH-Playwright for TypeScript and JavaScript (npm package
    "@vibetestq/tamash-playwright", formerly "tamash-playwright");

(c) TAMASH-Playwright for Python (PyPI package "tamash-playwright");

(d) TAMASH-Playwright for Java (Maven artifact "tamash-playwright");

(e) TAMASH-Playwright for .NET (NuGet packages "tamash-playwright",
    "tamash-playwright-cli", "tamash-playwright-mstest",
    "tamash-playwright-nunit" and "tamash-playwright-xunit");

(f) TAMASH-Playwright Dashboard (npm package
    "@vibetestq/tamash-playwright-dashboard", formerly
    "tamash-playwright-dashboard");

and any other package, command-line tool, agent skill, extension,
server, sample project or documentation published by VibeTestQ under
the TAMASH name, in source or compiled form, including updates.

"You" means the individual or entity using the Software.

"Outputs" means reports, dashboards, logs, heal suggestions, healed
selectors, code changes, analysis results and other files that the
Software generates or writes into Your project when You use it.

VibeTestQ grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
revocable, royalty-free license to use the Software for personal,
non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms below.

1. PERMITTED USE

You may:

(a) install the Software through npm, PyPI, Maven Central, NuGet or
    any other package registry or package manager;

(b) use the Software for personal, educational, testing, evaluation
    or other non-commercial purposes;

(c) use the Software solely for internal non-commercial development
    and evaluation;

(d) evaluate the Software within a commercial organization for one
    (1) day, outside production use, to decide whether to obtain a
    commercial license under Section 2; and

(e) use the Software in training programs and courses that You take
    as an individual. Training provided within, or for, a commercial
    organization is commercial use under Section 2.

Installing the Software, and the copies that normal use requires
(such as package-manager caches, lockfiles, CI caches, container
images and internal package mirrors), are permitted and are not
"copying", "reproduction" or "distribution" under Section 3.

2. COMMERCIAL USE

Commercial use of the Software requires a commercial license. A
commercial license is granted only under a written agreement signed by
You and VibeTestQ and on payment of the applicable fees. The
agreement sets the scope, term, fees and any other conditions of
that use. Without such an agreement, commercial use of the Software is
NOT permitted, except as allowed in Section 1(d).

"Commercial use" includes, without limitation:

(a) using the Software in a product or service offered to customers;

(b) using the Software in software or services that generate revenue;

(c) using the Software for business operations or commercial
    production workloads;

(d) offering the Software or functionality substantially based on the
    Software as part of a paid service;

(e) using the Software on behalf of a commercial organization;

(f) using the Software in connection with a commercial business,
    product or service; or

(g) using the Software in training provided within, or for, a
    commercial organization, including training of its employees,
    contractors or clients.

If a commercial license agreement conflicts with this License, the
agreement governs for the use it covers.

3. RESTRICTIONS

Without prior written permission from the copyright holder, You may
not:

(a) copy or reproduce the Software or its source code, in whole or in
    substantial part;

(b) modify, adapt, translate, merge or create derivative works from
    the Software;

(c) publish or redistribute the Software or its source code;

(d) publish the Software, or any substantial portion of its source
    code, as a package on npm, PyPI, Maven Central, NuGet or any other
    registry;

(e) sublicense, transfer, rent, lease or otherwise make the Software
    available to third parties;

(f) sell, resell or otherwise commercially distribute the Software;

(g) incorporate substantial portions of the Software into another
    software package, library, module or product; or

(h) remove, alter or obscure copyright, license or proprietary
    notices.

4. OUTPUTS

Outputs belong to You. You may use, modify, keep and share Outputs,
including with Your team, in CI systems and in published reports.
This includes the viewer code that the Software embeds in a generated
report or dashboard, when it is shared as part of that report or
dashboard. It also includes files the Software copies into Your
project for its own use, such as agent-skill files, when they are kept
in that project. Sections 3(a), 3(b) and 3(c) do not apply to Outputs.

5. NO TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP

The Software is licensed, not sold. This License does not transfer
ownership of the Software or any intellectual property rights in the
Software.

6. COPYRIGHT

The Software, including its source code, documentation and other
copyrightable materials, is protected by applicable copyright laws.
All rights not expressly granted by this License are reserved by the
copyright holder.

7. THIRD-PARTY COMPONENTS AND SERVICES

The Software may contain or depend upon third-party software that is
subject to separate licenses. Those components remain subject to their
respective licenses.

When You configure the Software to use an AI provider or other
third-party service, data sent to that service is governed by that
service's own terms. You are responsible for complying with them.

8. TERMINATION

This License terminates automatically upon material breach of its
terms.

Upon termination, You must immediately cease using the Software and,
to the extent legally and technically practicable, delete copies of
the Software under Your control. Section 4 survives termination for
Outputs created before it.

9. PERMISSIONS AND COMMERCIAL LICENSES

The copyright holder may grant additional permissions in writing.
Commercial licenses are granted only as described in Section 2.

10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND
NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER SHALL NOT
BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR
RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR ITS USE.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This License is governed by the laws of India, without regard to its
conflict-of-law principles. The courts having jurisdiction over
Miyapur, Hyderabad, Telangana, India have exclusive jurisdiction over
any dispute arising from or relating to this License or the Software.
