SYNAPSE MT5 — COMMERCIAL SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT: READ THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS SOFTWARE.

By installing, copying, or otherwise using this software, you agree to be
bound by the terms of this license agreement. If you do not agree, do not
install or use the software.

1. GRANT OF LICENSE

Subject to the terms of this agreement, the licensor grants you a single-seat,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to:

  (a) Install and use the software on one (1) computer for your personal or
      internal business purposes;
  (b) Make one (1) backup copy of the software for archival purposes only;
  (c) Install the included compiled Expert Advisor (.ex5) binary on one (1)
      MetaTrader 5 terminal instance.

2. RESTRICTIONS

You may NOT:

  (a) Redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, or sell the software or
      any portion thereof to any third party;
  (b) Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to
      derive the source code of the software;
  (c) Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the
      software or its compiled binaries;
  (d) Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks
      on the software;
  (e) Use the software to provide services to third parties (SaaS, hosting,
      or bureau services) without a separate commercial agreement;
  (f) Transfer your license to another individual or entity.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The software, including all compiled binaries, documentation, and associated
materials, is the intellectual property of Synapse MT5 and is protected by
copyright law and international treaties. No source code is included with or
licensed under this agreement. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. THE LICENSOR DOES
NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL,
SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION,
ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE
SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THIS AGREEMENT SHALL NOT
EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SOFTWARE LICENSE.

6. TRADING RISK DISCLAIMER

The software provides tools that may interact with financial markets through
MetaTrader 5. The licensor is not a financial advisor and does not provide
trading advice. All trading decisions are made solely by the user. The user
assumes all risk of financial loss. Past performance is not indicative of
future results.

7. TERMINATION

This license is effective until terminated. It will terminate automatically
and without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement.
Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the software in your
possession.

8. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with
applicable international commercial law.

9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the licensor
regarding the software and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings,
and communications.
