This software and associated documentation files (the “Software”) are proprietary to Toybox Software LLC.

No right to use, copy, modify, distribute, sublicense, sell, lease, disclose, or create derivative works from the Software is granted except as expressly provided in this license or in a separate written agreement with Toybox Software LLC.

Permitted Use
Subject to compliance with this license and any applicable purchase, trial, or subscription terms, Toybox Software LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use the Software solely for your internal evaluation or internal business use.

Restrictions
You may not:
- redistribute, publish, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or transfer the Software;
- provide the Software to third parties as a service or on a hosted basis unless expressly authorized;
- modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software, except as expressly permitted by law;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code, except where prohibited from restriction by applicable law;
- remove or alter proprietary notices, labels, or marks;
- use the Software in violation of applicable law or beyond purchased or trial limits.

License Controls
Use of the Software may require a valid license key, token, subscription, or other technical enforcement mechanism. Circumventing or attempting to circumvent such controls is prohibited.

Termination
This license terminates automatically if you violate any term of this license. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in your possession or control.

No Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOYBOX SOFTWARE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SOFTWARE OR THIS LICENSE. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOYBOX SOFTWARE LLC’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
