## Why this rule exists

Prioritizing `local(...)` avoids unnecessary requests when fonts are already installed.

## ❌ Incorrect

```css
@font-face {
 src:
  url("./inter.woff2") format("woff2"),
  local("Inter");
}
```

## ✅ Correct

```css
@font-face {
 src:
  local("Inter"),
  url("./inter.woff2") format("woff2");
}
```
