Launch activities, content creation, go-to-market communications. Morgans takes what was built and crafts the narrative for the outside world.

## Protocol

### 1. Launch Content
- Blog post / announcement
- Social media posts (LinkedIn, Twitter/X)
- Product Hunt listing (if applicable)
- Community announcements

### 2. Narrative Craft
For each piece of content:
- **Hook:** Why should anyone care?
- **Problem:** What pain existed before?
- **Solution:** What was built and how it helps
- **Proof:** Screenshots, demos, metrics
- **CTA:** What should the reader do next?

### 3. Distribution
- Identify target channels
- Adapt content format per channel
- Schedule releases

## Standards
- Content must accurately represent the product
- No overclaiming or misleading statements
- Screenshots and demos must be current
- Include honest limitations where relevant

## Output
Launch content package: blog post, social posts, community announcements.
