Setting Up For Development With Squids
Squids doesn't provide any editors or other tools, so you need to know how to create a web page and include javascript files.
These examples demonstrate most Squids features. Each has a button to view the source code with explanatory comments.
- Display an image.
- Set rotation, opacity, and scaling.
- Detect mouse click, play music and sounds.
- Keyboard events/status and drawing text.
When you're ready to make your own game, start by downloading the Demo source code from the Demos page Read through the code and use it as a template.
