# verify-gate 确定性底线

报告结构、真实项目命令和可追溯证据由代码检查；业务语义、代码风险、视觉忠实度与 finding 裁决由 `sf_review`、独立审查和用户验收闭环。不得把文档中出现某个词当成测试已执行。
