# Rostering requirements (agreed at pre-meet)

1. Staff can request shifts and leave from their phone.
2. Rotas published at least 6 weeks ahead (today: 4 weeks).
3. Shows each ward's minimum safe staffing per shift and flags gaps as soon as they appear.
4. Hours worked go to Pellbridge payroll without being typed in again.
5. Staff personal data is held in the UK (policy IG-07).
6. Ward managers can use it after a short training session.
