# Constraints from the practice IT lead

- The nurses' station runs Cursor; the practice manager uses Claude Code on her laptop. The skill must work in both.
- Practice laptops are locked down: no Python, no Node, and no internet access from the coding tools. The AI can read and write files, nothing else.
- The AI has no access to the practice management system. That system has no API we are allowed to use.
- Nothing about real clients (names, phone numbers, addresses) may go into the skill folder. The skill folder is shared with our sister practice.
- Keep SKILL.md under 150 lines.
