Run by reception, March 2026. Emailed to 2,950 active clients; 412 replied (14%).

**Question: "If we offered appointments on Saturday mornings (9am to 1pm), would you use them?"**

Note from reception: we did not ask whether people would use a Saturday slot instead of a weekday visit or as well as one, or how often they would come. The survey went to clients with an email address on file, so older clients are probably under-represented.
