- Treasurer, reading from the broker's summary of the cancellation policy: "Covers cancellation or abandonment due to adverse weather, EXCEPT where (a) a severe weather warning for the site was in force when the policy was bought or renewed, or (b) the event is cancelled because ground conditions make the site unsafe, as advised by the local safety advisory group. Excess £25,000." Last year's partial closure of fields B and C was for ground conditions.
