    refactor(webhooks): normalise payload serializer

    Moves all webhook payloads onto the shared serializer. Side effect:
    `amount` on invoice.created and invoice.paid is now an integer in minor
    units (cents) instead of a decimal string, to match the REST API, and
    `client_name` is renamed to `client.display_name`. Anyone parsing our
    webhooks has to update their handler. There is no compatibility flag.
