Reminder that the exec dashboard build starts Monday. The top row is one tile: Active
customers, October. I need one number. Right now I have two.

Finance number is 41,200. That's customers who actually paid us in October. It's what goes
in the board pack and what investors see. Query: finance_active_customers.sql

**Jo Ferreira (Growth), 09:24**
Growth number is 58,900. Plenty of customers are on annual plans and didn't pay in
October, but they're very much active, they're using the product every day. Counting only
payers undercounts us badly. Query: growth_active_customers.sql

"Using the product" isn't a customer, Jo. Trial accounts log in too.

Trials are excluded in mine.
