## Winter timetable

- Jo: bookings data says the 06:10 sailing has averaged 83 passengers over Sept-Oct.
- Ewan: a lot of the 06:10 regulars are early-shift staff at the fish processing plant on the mainland. Ewan to ask the plant how many of their staff rely on it.
- Ops prefer Option C. Callum still wants B costed "just in case".
- Nobody has looked at the 19:30 crossing's effect on the evening bus connection at the mainland terminal.
- The winter timetable has to be published by 1 Dec, so the board's decision on 19 Nov is the last chance.

## Actions

- Ewan: contact the processing plant about 06:10 usage.
- Jo: check whether the 83 figure includes vehicles' drivers or foot passengers only.
- Callum: cost Option B.
