Went to a larger practice for a higher salary. Asked about office days: "fine, didn't
bother me". Main reason given: pay.

## Leaver B, senior architectural technologist, left January 2026

Moved to Bristol for family reasons. Said: "Three days in made it impossible to stay on
after the move. Two I could have done." Main reason given: relocation.

## Leaver C, associate, left February 2026

Left to set up their own practice. Office days were not discussed.
