# Larkfield Talent: data handling sheet (v3, January 2025)

Three labels. Everything the firm holds is one of these.

## Client-specific terms

**Aldercroft Group** (master services agreement, clause 9.3): candidate data relating to
Aldercroft roles must not be passed to any third-party processor without Aldercroft's prior
written consent.

No other client contract has a clause like this as far as we know. Nobody has checked since
2025.
