Simple Table Community License

This is a source-available license. It is NOT an Open Source Initiative
(OSI) approved license and it is NOT the MIT License. Please read the grant
and limitations below carefully before using the Software.

1. Definitions

   "Software" means the Simple Table source code, object code, and associated
   documentation files distributed under this license, including all official
   framework adapter packages (for React, Vue, Angular, Svelte, Solid, and
   vanilla TypeScript).

   "Licensor" means Simple Table Software.

   "You" (or "Your") means the individual or legal entity exercising rights
   under this license, together with all entities that control, are
   controlled by, or are under common control with that entity.

   "Revenue" means gross income of any kind realized by You or Your products,
   services, or organization, from any source, including but not limited to
   sales, subscriptions, licensing, advertising, donations tied to a product,
   grants, or investment proceeds applied to commercial operations.

   "Product" means a single software application, website, or service
   developed by You that incorporates the Software.

2. Grant of License (Community)

   Subject to Your full and ongoing compliance with this license, Licensor
   grants You a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, non-transferable,
   revocable license to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, and distribute the
   Software, and to incorporate the Software into Your Product, for as long as
   You and Your Product generate ZERO Revenue (pre-revenue use).

   This Community grant permits an unlimited number of Users per Product.

3. Revenue Limitation (the condition that makes this not MIT)

   The Community grant in Section 2 is available ONLY while You and Your
   Product have zero Revenue. If You or Your Product generate ANY Revenue
   whatsoever, the Community grant immediately terminates, and continued use
   of the Software requires a paid Pro or Enterprise license under the
   End-User License Agreement (EULA) distributed with the Software (EULA.txt)
   and described at https://www.simple-table.com/pricing.

   For the avoidance of doubt: the broad permissions in Section 2 do not
   authorize any use by a revenue-generating person, product, or
   organization. Such use is governed exclusively by the EULA.

4. Conditions

   The above copyright notice, this permission notice, and the Revenue
   Limitation in Section 3 shall be included in all copies or substantial
   portions of the Software. You may not remove or alter any proprietary
   notices contained in the Software.

5. Commercial Use

   Commercial use by any revenue-generating person, product, or organization
   requires a Pro or Enterprise license. See EULA.txt and
   https://www.simple-table.com/pricing for complete terms and pricing.

6. Termination

   Any use outside the scope of the Community grant, including use after You
   or Your Product begin generating Revenue without obtaining a Pro or
   Enterprise license, automatically terminates the rights granted under this
   license. Upon termination of the Community grant You must either obtain a
   paid license or cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability

   THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR
   IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY,
   FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE
   AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER
   LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING
   FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER
   DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
