Synopsis

Parameters
----------

* ``string``: A string containing ASCII encoded Decimal128.
* ``dec``: A :symbol:`bson_decimal128_t`.

Description
-----------

Parses the string containing ascii encoded decimal128 and initialize the bytes in ``decimal128``.
