The mono micro-label, and the pack's way of naming or numbering anything without adding a
heading level: 10-11px, uppercase, tracked `0.12em`, `--ink-soft`. It renders a `<p>`,
deliberately — an eyebrow above an `<h2>` that is itself an `<h2>` gives a screen reader
two headings where the page has one.
