A `--tile` square holding somebody else's mark: greyscale at rest, full colour on
hover, and **nothing moves** — a mark that jumps reads as an advert.

`label` is required. A third-party mark with no accessible name is decoration, and
this pack's whole argument is that the marks are the content.

`scattered` positions it absolutely, for the hero where 34 of them sit over the
pattern grid. In a band, leave it off and let the grid place them.
