The number is a shape: 32px at weight 600 with **leading equal to the size** and
−1.28px tracking, in `--ink-data`. A metric is not a line of prose and is not led
like one.

`source` is the pack's answer to the spinner. The reference never blanks a
surface it has already drawn — it keeps the last value and dates it
(*"Updated 11 minutes ago"*). A skeleton here adds a flicker the design
deliberately does not have, which is why this kit ships no loader.
