The band between two page sections: 3.5rem tall, bordered top and bottom, a hand-drawn
squiggle running through its centre and a numbered mono label knocked out **over** the
line rather than set beside it.

This is the pack's one piece of ornament. Do not add a second: the field is flat colour
and the elevation model is a hairline, so a decorative element that is not this one has
nothing to sit on.

The squiggle inherits `currentColor` at `--border-strong`, so it never competes with a
heading.
