The 11px uppercase label at `--track-micro` (+0.18em) in `--ink-quiet`. It opens a
section, names a column, or tags a value, and it is the object the page repeats most.

Two registers, both measured: `caps` at +0.18em and `tight` at +0.14em. They are not
interchangeable — the page uses the opener at the wider one.

**11px is the working size here, not a caption size.** It is the most frequent size on
the reference at every width. Setting this at 13px "for readability" is the change that
turns this pack into a different one.
