A tag at `--r-xs` (2px) with a 1px `--rule` and a `--t-micro` label. `accent` tints with
`--accent-wash`, which is `--tint` — the reference's called-out block colour doing double
duty.

`selected` fills `--accent` with `--on-accent`.
