**The pack's signature texture, and the component it is least tempting to take
seriously.** A 1px rule at 7.8% of the ink, drawn everywhere a lesser pack would
reach for a shadow: under the bar, around every card, between every table row.

`strong` is `--border-strong` and belongs where a divider has to be *seen* —
between two groups of rows, not between two rows. Both weights are matched
across registers at ΔL\* 7.40 / 7.48 and 14.83 / 14.94, because the register
leaning hardest on hairlines is the one that gets the weakest seam by default.
