The loading idiom, and it is a pack decision rather than a measurement: the reference
ships no skeleton, shimmer or spinner class at all. What it does draw is a placeholder
bar in `--ink-faint` at 4px, standing in for content inside the quoted frame.

So bars in `--ink-faint` at the shape's own radius, and **no shimmer** — the fastest
clock in the pack is `--dur-fast`, and a travelling highlight would be the liveliest
thing on the page.
