**Use this exactly once per deck.** An accent-filled marker behind the single
sentence fragment the whole story hangs on — the one line you would keep if the
room only remembered one. A second highlight halves the first, a third erases
both, and more than one highlighted phrase per deck is a ban in this pack. It is
the only component here that spends the accent on emphasis rather than on
signal, which is why it gets one use and no more.

The fill is `--accent` with `--accent-ink` on it — the near-black field colour,
never white; white text on the accent fill is a ban. The marker clones its
padding across a wrapped line, so a phrase that breaks still reads as one
highlight rather than two.
