The quiet figure: a sans 600 numeral at 29→34px with the tracking the pack tunes
for numbers, a light sublabel beneath it, and the source underneath that. Sans,
not serif, not mono — the numbers are claims, and the serif is reserved for
sentences.

`source` is optional because the spine locks it that way, not because this pack
tolerates an unsourced number: **an unsourced number is a ban here**, so fill it.
Use `Stat` inside a card or a tight column; when the figure is the section's
argument rather than a detail, it wants `SourcedFigure` at display scale with a
hairline between it and its neighbours.
