## Overview

This document summarizes the architectural analysis and recommendations for handling ServiceNow UI operations that cannot be accomplished via standard REST API.

**TL;DR:** Current architecture is excellent. Minor documentation enhancements recommended. No major changes needed.

### Puppeteer/Playwright Integration ❌

**Rejected Because:**
- Only 2% coverage gain (Flow Designer)
- 10-30 second performance penalty
- Extremely brittle (breaks on UI changes)
- High maintenance burden
- Security concerns
- Complex error handling

**Verdict:** Complexity far outweighs minimal benefits
