# service-dal-client example

This is an example of how to depend on the `service-dal-client` in java

## How to run

The command line example application depends on the auto generated stubs. 

### 1. Ensure service-dal-client stubs

To create a local snapshot of the `service-dal-client` 

    cd java/client 
    mvn clean install 

### 2. Run the Example app

Start the `service-dal` nodejs server

A simple example showing how to use the `service-dal-client` in java

    cd java/example
    mvn -q clean install exec:java -Dexec.mainClass=tv.pluto.example.ExampleClient
