+When running `sealgen build --watch`, the build notifier monitors the Sealious app by sending requests to the app's URL. The port is automatically detected from your app configuration:

+1. **Primary source**: The port is read from `dist/back/config.js` (the compiled version of your app's config file)
+2. **Environment variable fallback**: If the config file doesn't exist or doesn't export a `PORT`, it falls back to the `SEALIOUS_PORT` environment variable
