# Commands

| `install` | Install the 12-skill official bundle and shared layer for the user or current project |
| `install --plan` | Preview installation or a bounded pre-v7 reset |
| `install --yes` | Explicitly authorize a displayed pre-v7 reset before installation |
| `init` | Initialize the exact current Git workspace (Git required) |
| `init --plan` | Preview the same workspace plan without writes |
| `config show` | Show effective policy and its origin |
| `config policy [--preset ...] [--language ...] [--feature-profile ...]` | Preview or persist workflow, language, and advanced feature-profile overrides |
| `config installation` | Save scope, targets, and project adoption intent |
| `doctor` | Report Installation, Workspace, and Policy readiness |
| `doctor --json` | Emit machine schema 2 |
| `context status\|refresh\|autonomy-state` | Inspect project context or autonomy state |
| `upgrade --skills-only` | Reconcile current managed assets from the local package |
| `upgrade --check\|--plan` | Check for updates without applying them |
| `autonomous-resume` | Resume a recorded autonomy workflow after its guardrail is cleared |
| `uninstall --plan` | Preview bounded SAF-owned cleanup |
| `uninstall --yes` | Apply the approved cleanup |

| `version` | Show the package version |

`install` accepts no positional bundle selector or `--pack`. `init` accepts no
policy/setup flags. Missing config uses built-in defaults. Invalid or future
state fails closed for automatic mutation; an interactive shell may offer a
bounded reset of known SAF paths and then continue setup.
