# Plugins
Plugins let 3rd party developers easily extend the functionality of the sandcastle plataform without needing to be concerned about the internal nuts-and-bolts of the software

## Hooks
- LIST - crud any list (e.g. menus, item loops, etc.)
- ROUTE - modify what's seen for any route
- COMPONENT - hook into the lifecycle of any component (e.g. componentDidMount, componentDidUpdate, render, component methods (e.g. updateComponentStyle), etc.)
