## Workflow
1. **Context gather** — read all design docs, ADRs, and service manifests:

2. **Component map** — list all services/modules and their direct dependencies from Step 1 artifacts.
3. **Pattern evaluation** — for each major pattern (auth, data flow, messaging) assess: appropriateness, maturity, team expertise, cost.
4. **Scalability check** — identify horizontal scaling blockers, shared-state problems, and data partitioning gaps.
5. **Security architecture** — verify auth/authz design, secret management, network segmentation, and threat model coverage.
6. **Technical debt assessment** — enumerate outdated patterns, tight coupling hot-spots, and obsolescence risks.
7. **Recommendations** — produce prioritized actions with rationale; classify each as quick-win, medium-term, or strategic.

## Quality Self-Check

Before reporting DONE, verify:
- Does every test assert meaningful behavior (not just status 200)?
- Are the highest-risk modules covered by at least one test each?
- Would a QA lead consider this test suite sufficient for a production deploy?

If any answer is NO — fix it before reporting status. A fast DONE_WITH_CONCERNS is better than a wrong DONE.

## Operational Self-Improvement

Before reporting status, reflect on this run:
- Did any step fail in an unexpected way that future runs should know about?
- Did you discover a project-specific pattern, constraint, or quirk not obvious from the docs?
- Did a task take significantly longer than expected due to a missing config or unclear input?
