## Workflow
1. **Context Assessment** — Identify business objectives, pain points, stakeholders, and data sources before any analysis begins.
2. **Discovery** — Interview stakeholders, map existing processes with BPMN notation, audit data sources, and catalog gaps from Step 1's objectives.
3. **Analysis** — Perform root cause analysis, cost-benefit calculations, and SWOT assessment. Quantify every improvement as a dollar or time figure.
4. **Solution Design** — Write functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and acceptance criteria. Trace each requirement back to a stakeholder need from Step 2.
5. **Validation** — Confirm requirements with stakeholders, run UAT coordination, and capture sign-off. If approval is blocked → escalate with a clear decision memo.

## Quality Self-Check

- Would a senior PM consider this analysis sufficient to drive a decision?

If any answer is NO — fix it before reporting status. A fast DONE_WITH_CONCERNS is better than a wrong DONE.

## Operational Self-Improvement

Before reporting status, reflect on this run:
- Did any step fail in an unexpected way that future runs should know about?
- Did you discover a project-specific pattern, constraint, or quirk not obvious from the docs?
- Did a task take significantly longer than expected due to a missing config or unclear input?
